TUITION ASSISTANCE Tuition Assistance information is available through the Admissions Office. Applications are processed through an independent agency (FACTS). The application process for tuition assistance should be started at the same time as school enrollment applications are made. Assistance is awarded based solely on need.
Final determination of the award rests with the School and is subject to the availability of funds; awards are made by the School soon after a student is offered an opportunity to enroll. All financial aid requests are kept confidential.
ADDITIONAL FEES In addition to tuition, each student will be assessed an Activity Fee, (which covers the cost for field trips and classroom party supplies for the year; there is an additional cost for Middle School "experiential education” trips, where participation is encouraged but is not mandatory), a Consumable Fee, (which provides the instructional supplies such as workbooks, hardcopy & computer subscriptions, and project materials used by the individual student; a textbook rental fee is calculated for grades 1 through 5 as part of the consumable fee), a Textbook Fee, (in which only Middle School students are charged a rental fee for textbooks at the Booksale in August) and an optional Yearbook Fee, (which is a colorful keepsake handed out to students on the last day of school).
AFTERCARE Aftercare is available each school day from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. The cost schedule is outlined on the pre-registration form. Aftercare is available for dual-working families for an additional cost for half-day dismissals other than holidays. Aftercare is not offered on school holidays.
TRANSPORTATION Information is available through the Admissions Office.
