Mathematics instruction in the lower school is a combination of arithmetic and general mathematical concepts. Special attention is given to meeting both the Florida state and NCTM standards. Core materials include the Harcourt Brace Math Series used in first through fifth grade. A vast array of materials for hands-on instruction is utilized by the teachers and the students.
