Athletics

Students at Saint Paul’s enjoy outstanding grounds and facilities for athletics. Our outdoor courts, soccer field, baseball diamond, and gymnasium offer wonderful areas for sports, and all students receive physical education instruction. The school's goal is for students to develop a physical well-being and appreciation for a healthy lifestyle.

Intramural sports are offered after school for students in second through fourth grade as a way to expose them to a variety of competitive sports that they may participate in fifth through eighth grade. Currently, programs are offered in hockey, basketball, soccer, 4-square, softball, and track. Intramurals are held from 3:00-4:00p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.

Participation in interscholastic competition is encouraged for students in grades five through eight. Coaches see the playing field as a unique classroom where important lessons in teamwork and good sportsmanship are learned. Varsity and junior varsity teams compete in the Pinellas Youth Conference, a league comprised of other local independent, private, and parochial schools.
